asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, to save waste and ensure co-ordination of effort, lie will set up in the larger Colonies, regional as well as territorial, road and communications advisory boards, consisting of official and non-official representatives and arrange for collaboration between such boards and neighbouring non-British colonies.
