asked the Minister of Food whether his attention has been called to the serious reduction in the output of oatmeal owing to shortage of supplies of oats; and if he will, as an emergency measure, release part of the Ministry's reserve stock of oats, in order that output may be increased and a serious shortage of oatmeal prevented from arising.
