reported from the Committee on Group B of Private Bills, That, at the meeting of the Committee this day, a Message was received from the Rt. Hon. William Whiteley, Joint Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury, indicating that Mr. Ritson, one of the Members of the said Committee, was unable, on account of illness, to attend the Committee yesterday and this day.
