asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much of the Income Tax was unpaid at the end of the year 31st March.
I think I should reserve until later in the day any remarks I may have to make about the national finances.
Should not hon. Members know what amount of Income Tax has not been paid up to the end of March?
