I would like to pay my tribute to the great work which the Minister has done in bringing these negotiations to a successful conclusion. I believe that they will have a profound effect on the relations in the industry and on a continuation of those good relations. May I ask whether if an occasion arises on which there is any evidence of the owners taking some action which will bring to fruition their doubts that this agreement will not succeed in creating good relations and in producing the necessary coal the. Minister will take the necessary action to see that the responsibility for any stoppages will be placed in the right quarter?
