Does the hon. Gentleman wish to discuss, with this Amendment, the Amendment which stands in his name, in page 1, line 15, after "may" to insert: after consultation with the local authority for the district in which the land proposed to be specified is situated. or would he wish to discuss it separately? It might be convenient if we discussed both together.
