Was not that reply perfectly negative in its character, and is my right hon. Friend aware of the considerable anxiety which is felt that the Government are not paying sufficient attention to this important subject?

No, Sir, the reply states that a Committee such as my hon. and gallant Friend desires to see set up is, in fact, functioning, and was set up in December, 1941.
