Does not my right hon. Friend think that such a task is beyond the capacity even of supermen, let alone, let us say, quite ordinary men such as surround himself? Does he not think that by shouldering this intolerable burden of dual responsibilities it is impossible for his colleagues to discharge them both effectively?
