asked the Minister of Supply whether reclaiming plant has been set up in all rubber works; and what steps he has taken to facilitate the installation of such plant?

Either reclaiming or crumb rubber plant has been set up at most rubber works. At others the small quantities of scrap arising would not justify erection of plant, and scrap from these factories is collected for use by rubber reclaimers. The Rubber Control has given all possible assistance both by technical advice and by expediting delivery of plant.
