As I have indicated previously, my Noble Friend instituted an inquiry into the facts in the central London area. The conduct of this inquiry was entrusted to an accountant and has now been completed. My noble Friend is at present reviewing the existing and provisionally authorised house charges in the light of the evidence now available and taking into consideration the capital charges which have to be borne by the various establishments concerned.
