asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether his attention has been called to the captured document embodying Hitler's views on the functions of the Waffen S.S. in a future Europe; and whether he has communicated facsimile copies of this statement of German long-term intentions to the other Allied Governments of Europe?

Yes, Sir. I have seen this document which sets out in unmistakable terms what Hitler has in store, not only for Europe but also for the German people in the event of a German victory. It makes quite clear Hitler's aim to include peoples of different nationalities against their will within the boundaries of a greater German Empire and to police this Empire with the notorious S.S. guards. As this document has received wide publicity in the Press and in broadcasts and is, of course, well known to the Allied Governments, I have not considered it necessary to communicate it officially to them. I will, however, bear my hon. Friend's suggestion in mind,
