asked the President of the Board of Trade whether, under concentration of industry, he- will state the number and names of trades whose products are to be pooled under the condition on sale to the public that no reference is made to trade marks; is he aware that this arrangement lowers the all-round standard of production instead of at least maintaining it; and whether he has taken into consideration the view of traders thus affected that the object of the new regulation could be equally achieved were the use of trade marks permitted?
