asked the Minister of Supply whether he will give an assurance that in future no regulations will remain in force which will, in the case of fatal accidents, restrict the payment of wages to the next-of-kin to half a day on the day the accident occurs?

Miss Ward:

In view of my right hon. Friend's ready acquiescence to my request, will he see that other Government Departments know of this decision?
