Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that, when I last visited Trinidad in 1938, there were at the Imperial College, of which I am a governor, Chinese, Malayans, Burmese, and very many coloured students?
A very high proportion of the students are non-Europeans.
With regard to this admirable institution, do not the latest reports show that it has been admirably administered all the time?
