In some of these cases the deprivation of leave was not included in the original sentence, and it seems to me, in view of this kind of case and of the case which has been raised by my hon. Friend the Member for Streatham (Mr. Robertson), that there is some ground for an inquiry by the right hon. Gentleman into the administration of justice in the Army.
