I have a case in my own constituency of a captain who has done excellent service in the Army who took five gallons of petrol. He was court-martialled and dismissed the Service. I was advised on the highest possible authority that it would be unwise for me to pursue the matter any further. I merely raise the point to demonstrate that it certainly cannot be said that on all occasions my right hon. Friend differentiates between commissioned and noncommissioned officers.
