asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he is aware that fun fairs are still blazing with light from morning till night; that one shooting gallery in a fun fair in Blackpool the other day had no less than 50 coloured lights illuminating it in broad daylight; that a revolving electrical machine three feet in diameter was lighted by six 100 watt bulbs all day; and whether, in view of the urgent need for fuel economy, he will take steps to regulate these and other unnecessary forms of lighting?
