asked the Secretary of State for War whether pensioners re-enlisted before mobilisation under War Office letter No. 3o/Misc/2879/A.G.I.(c), of 22nd May, 1939, who are compulsorily retained notwithstanding the expiration of their three years' engagement, will be entitled to elect to serve, either on their former contractual terms, or on the usual terms appropriate to their rank and service?
