asked the Minister of Labour why he has placed an embargo upon the supply of labour in a factory in the South; and whether that embargo is still in existence?

This embargo was imposed on account of the apparently inefficient use of labour by the firm and is being maintained pending the result of an investigation which is being made by the Ministry of Supply.
