asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether his attention has been called to the distribution of venison after a recent stag hunt in the Exmoor district; why this venison was not handed over to the local food control authorities; and whether he will consider placing venison on the rationed list?

Major Lloyd George:

The answer to the first part of the Question is in the negative. Inquiries are being made regarding the matter, and I will communicate with my hon. Friend in due course.
