I would refer my Hon. Friend to the reply I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Stourbridge (Mr. R. Morgan) on nth February last.

Is the Chancellor aware that I put down this Question to the Lord Privy Seal? Has the Chancellor studied the speech made by the Lord Privy Seal in the House on 25th February, when he stated that legislation dealing with this matter would be introduced soon? What does the Chancellor propose to do about this?
