asked the Secretary of State for War whether punishment by confinement to barracks or detention for short periods automatically deprives a soldier of privilege leave?
Does my right hon. and gallant Friend know that in some units commanding officers are depriving men of their privilege leave because the men have been sentenced to some short term of confinement to barracks?
Perhaps the hon. Gentleman will give me particulars of such cases so that I can look into them.
