asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether he is aware that small greengrocers' shops have great difficulty in obtaining supplies of plentiful vegetables, such as carrots; and whether he will take remedial action?
Major Lloyd George:
I am not aware of the difficulty referred to by my hon. Friend. If he will give me particulars of any case I will have inquiries made.
