Resolution reported, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the Patents and Designs Acts, 1907 to 1939, as respects the right of the Crown to use inventions and designs and as respects other matters it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase in the sums payable out of such moneys which is attributable to any provisions of the said Act, whether retrospective or not, extending the right of the Crown to use patented inventions and registered designs.
