asked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to the case in a petty sessional court at Llangadook, in the last week of November, 1941, where two Welsh defendants were made to pay the cost of an interpreter necessarily required to translate their evidence; and whether he will take steps to ensure that the cost of making the proceedings intelligible to accused and their evidence available to the court should be borne by the State?
