Mr. Bower:

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether he is satisfied that, in the Milk Rationing Scheme, the needs of night workers have been fully taken into consideration; and what arrangements for an adequate supply are made in these cases?

Major Lloyd George:

Yes, Sir. The arrangements made for the supply of milk for consumption with tea or other beverages by workers during working hours apply to night workers as well as day workers.
