asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Supply whether he is aware of the dissatisfaction that exists among employees at the Royal Ordnance Factories at the clocking-on system that operates when transport is delayed; that more time is deducted than is actually lost; and will he have this matter examined to see whether a mutually satisfactory arrangement can be made with the workers and his representative?
