asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Supply why the persons responsible for the maladministration in the Rubber Control have been retained in the new Control Board, which has recently been formed?
I am unable to accept the suggestion that there has been maladministration in the Rubber Control.
Is it not a fact that the members of this Control are drawn from the big rubber-producing industries?
The members of the new Board are representative of all those who have knowledge of the rubber industry.
