, Hornsey
asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Supply whether he is prepared to inaugurate schemes of work, and if necessary training, for full-time Civil Defence workers in their off-duty periods?
Mr Harold Macmillan
, Stockton-on-Tees
