asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Supply why the large source of scrap-iron available at the derelict cement works at Ellesmere Port, formerly belonging to Allied Cement Manufacturers, remains untapped, in spite of this having been brought to the notice of his Department a year ago?
