Oral Answers to Questions — British Army. – in the House of Commons at on 17 December 1941.
asked the Prime Minister whether, in order to make the maximum use of skill and expert knowledge, arrangements are made for men to be transferred from one of the military defence forces to another; and what steps are taken to make such arrangements known to all concerned?
The arrangements for transfer from the Army to the Royal Air Force which I understand my hon. Friend has in mind are at present under review.
When may we expect to have something definite on this matter?
I could not say offhand. Perhaps my hon. Friend will see me on the matter.
