Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1936 and confirmed by the Board of Trade under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, entitled the Dumfries Electricity (Extension) Special Order, 1941, a copy of which was presented to this House on 14th October, 1941, be approved."—[Captain Waterhouse.]
