The answer to the first part of the Question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, publication of details relating to our overseas trade has been suspended since the outbreak of war in the national interest.

Does my right hon. Friend say that we are actually exporting biscuits to Canada in these days, when the housewives of this country are being rationed to the extent of aŬlb. per family per week, and in the industrial towns are having to queue up for them?

All export licences are issued in consultation with the Ministry of Food, and I shall be glad to consult with the Ministry of Food on the continuance of these export licences.
