asked the Minister of Information whether the declarations made in Brazzaville last December and in London last January by General de Gaulle have yet been broadcast in the French transmissions of the British Broadcasting Corporation?

No, Sir. It was not held to be opportune to broadcast the full text of these declarations at the time, and the matter has not been raised since.

Will the Minister be good enough to have the matter reconsidered and to consider also whether permission should not now be given to Free French speakers who desire to do so to put across the message of those declarations?
