I am not aware that obstacles are being placed as the hon. Member suggests. On the contrary, I welcome the evidence which is now reaching me of the increasing desire both of employers and trade unions that joint consultation between both parties in in- dustry should be developed to a much more effective extent. In regard to the last part of the hon. Member's Question, I would refer him to the answer I gave to him on 26th June
