Where war damage occurs to any land, and any interest in the land belongs to an ecclesiastical corporation, the Ecclesiastical Com- missioners or Queen Anne's Bounty may apply money or securities held by them respectively for the corporation in discharging the cost of any works executed as a matter of urgency for meeting the circumstances created by the damage.—[Sir G.
