asked the Minister of Information whether, to assist in the rate of production and prevent fatigue amongst workers in factories, he will arrange for band or other appropriate music specially selected for the purpose to be broadcast during the hours of 11 am. to 12 noon, and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., for reception in factories which provide that feature; and whether he will consult with the Minister of Supply and examine the advantages of encouraging more firms to instal this stimulant to production?
