asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will issue to all messing officers attached to the home Forces a general order that food must be served to the men either in a hot or a cold condition, and not tepid; and will he repeat the order every month during the duration of the war so as to avoid tepid food being rejected by the men and so wasted?
