I would remind my hon. Friend that it is open to him to raise any specific points to which he wishes to call attention on the Motion for the Adjournment.

Mr. De la Bère:

Is my right hon. Friend aware that the restrictions placed on road transport have led to an increased burden on the railways, and that transport is not the prerogative of the railways? Is it not necessary to have the right goods delivered at the right places at the right time?
