asked the Prime Minister how many Members of Parliament who occupied positions under the Government in technical or other capacities during the last war have been employed in similar or other capacities during the present emergency; and whether he will consider utilising the technical and business experience of many Members in their special capacities for the more active prosecution of the present war?
