asked the Secretary of State for War whether arrangements are being made to set up milk bars in the new Militia camps which are being organised, such milk bars to be either part of the dry canteens in the camps or, if that is not possible, in close proximity to the camps?
Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
