Resolved, That a sum, not exceeding £14,022,000, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Expense of the Army Reserve (to a number not exceeding 144,000, all ranks), Supplementary Reserve (to a number not exceeding 67,816, all ranks), Territorial Army (to a number not exceeding 246,379, all ranks), Officers Training Corps, and Colonial Militia, etc., which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1940.
