(by Private Notice) asked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to the continuance of propaganda by radio from German stations designed to create division between Slovaks and Czechs which is intended to destroy entirely the prospects of setting up a Czecho-Slovak State when the transfer of territories to Germany has been accomplished; and whether in view of the Anglo-French guarantee under the Munich Agreement he will make representations to the German Government to stop this propaganda?

In the event of this report being well-founded, will His Majesty's Government take the initial steps to ask the German Reich to discontinue this practice?

His Majesty's Ambassador in Berlin has already represented to the German Government the desirability of restraint in the German Press and German wireless. I think that we had better await this official report before we consider whether further representations are required.

Will the Prime Minister inform the House before the Debate closes what reply has been received to those representations?
