There is at present no published definition of an officially recognised air route, but any air route which is specified as such in an Air Ministry publication is regarded as an officially recognised air traffic route.

Has it been brought to the notice of the hon. and gallant Gentleman that while notices to airmen issued by the Air Ministry refer to an "officially-recognised air route," companies operating aircraft services can find no book which gives such a definition?
