asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can give an estimate of the number of tons of soya beans the Colonies are likely to be able to send to the United Kingdom in 1935, 1936 and 1937 as a result of the encouragement given to them by the new 10 per cent. duty on foreign soya beans?
