Captain Archibald Ramsay
, Peebles and Southern

Gentleman further considered the special case put before him in the last week or two by various towns on the Tweed-side and the upper reaches of the Tweed, especially having regard to the fact that a plan for impounding a considerable portion of the headwaters of the Tweed for a reservoir for Edinburgh will make this question far more acute than it has been in recent years?
Mr Godfrey Collins
, Greenock
The matter is still under consideration, and I am unable to carry it any further at present.
