asked the Postmaster-General whether, with a view to meeting in part the grievance of persons in various parts of the country who cannot obtain the first delivery of their letters before leaving for work in the morning, he will consider the desirability of making a reduction in the cost of boxes or bags at the principal post offices, so that such persons may be able to collect their letters there, if they are able?
