Gentleman consider the possibility of asking other Governments to co-operate with His Majesty's Government in making a protest to the Mexican Government to stop this kind of blackmail—[HON. MEMBERS: "Order!"]. It is quite true. Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that unless some drastic action is taken shareholders in concerns in other countries will cease to be safe?
