1. "That a sum, not exceeding £100,000, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1935, to meet such of the charges for restoration of half the emergency reduction in Ministerial Salaries and Civil Service Remuneration, &c., as have not been otherwise provided (including the arrangements for consolidating the Salaries of Civil Servants)."
