The details of the terms of agreement are still in process of settlement, and they will be announced as soon as the agreement has been completed.

Is it not the case that repeated inquiries have been made as to the nature of these terms but they remain shrouded in mystery?

No. On the contrary, I have made quite explicit statements in answer to my hon. Friend and the hon. Member for Devizes (Sir P. Hurd) on the subject in the last two or three weeks during which the terms of this deed have been under discussion.
